Ryan Gonsalves, Born in England, started his career as a Professional football (soccer) player at Huddersfield Town, before moving on to play semi-professional around Europe and coaching in the US.  That team ethic and the need for a single, cohesive, passionate strategy has underpinned his work in global giants General Electric and HSBC, in Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific and now Australia.
